Through February 11
The latest exposition at the Hôtel de Ville is celebrating the work of Jean-Jacques Sempé, the beloved cartoonist whose characters have graced many covers of the New Yorker. The free exhibition, Sempé Croque Paris features his drawings of Paris, bien sûr. Expect long lines.

February 12 
Paris Pastry Party & Book Signing in Paris Join David Lebovitz and Heather Stimmler-Hall for a fête at La Cuisine in Paris to celebrate the Paris Pastry App and eBook. David will also be signing books so if you'd like personalized copy of The Perfect Scoop, The Sweet Life in Paris, or Ready for Dessert, there will be copies on hand. Bubbles Juice Bar

I was out and about, inspecting hotels for a few clients, and found another juice bar (here are some from summer's newsletter) called Bubbles just next door to the new Breakfast in America branch. Hmmm...hamburger and free refills of Joe (aka jus de chaussettes)? Or a dried fig, orange and wheat grass smoothie? I'm trying to keep my energy levels up, so I go for the smoothie (€4.50), and all is good in the world. They have sandwiches, salads, and even wine, and a funky contemporary green décor.

The selection isn’t huge, so I would still go to the Wanna Juice Bar at Odéon, but it’s always great to have a healthy option no matter which neighborhood you’re in.
