Traditional Parisian bistro, tiny and always packed, between Marché d’Aligre and the Viaduc des Arts. I always try and go here for lunch after my usual trajectory of Market-Baron Bouge wine bar-lunch. They’re famous for their profiteroles, but I haven’t had anything here I didn’t love: last meal was beef cooked with cèpes (mushrooms), pears with Roquefort cheese, tournedos with foie gras…mmmm. Lunch menus at €13, dinner menus €22. Reserve in advance. Super polite service.
